Thai-style Steamed Fish
Beautiful and simple way of steaming fish! This was dish #2 for Mother's day celebration. I'm glad my mum likes it!
Mix the crushed garlic, green chilies, cilantro (also know as coriander or Chinese parsley) stems, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and white pepper. Apply this paste on fish and steam on boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with lime and cilantro leaves.
