Blueberries Coconut Muffins

Seems like blueberry and lemon are the ingredients that I use most frequent in my cooking history. I believe this will repeat till there are no more blueberries or lemons in this world. This time, I baked a blueberries coconut muffins with heavy cream. The muffin turn out to be light and fluffy, which will make you non stop putting this muffin into your mouth.
