Today is a public holiday in Malaysia...it's Hari Raya! I went to
Melaka, the state of history with few of my high school friends for one day breakaway. I start picking up my friends from 8a.m. onward and we reach
Melaka before 11a.m. We straight away head to chicken rice ball restaurant (located in Jonker Street) for our breakfast...yea, I know is a bit late for breakfast. The restaurant is so crowded or I should said the whole Melaka town is pack with human flash ;) Since all the tables had been taken, so we need to wait for our seats by standing besides the table in order to give some pressure to those who are enjoying their food at the moment...we are evil! Everybody is evil ;-) Once we finish the food, we hang around in Jonker Street for some shopping and target for another eating spot (the "Cendol" and egg tart).
After that, we have no idea where we should go...So I meet my
Melaka friends and their bring us to Melaka beach side. The sea view is truely amazing at this hour (around 5p.m.) since the weather is so fine!!
After the refreshing sea breeze, we were ready for dinner! The very famous "Dip Satay" with peanut sauce is our target! Like usual, the restaurant is full and we need to stand outside (or inside) the restaurant to wait for our seats. Our journey did not end like this because we also had the "wantan" noodle and fried oyster (as supper) before we head back to Kuala Lumpur. I reach my house around 1.30a.m
